Prime Planet Energy & Solutions, Inc. has established the “PPES Reporting Hotline” as a contact point for reports from outside the company, such as from suppliers.
Please confirm the following information before using this hotline.

Subject of reporting
ESG-related matters concerning our company or our group companies, such as the environment, human rights, compliance, etc.

Response to reporting

  • The content of the report will be accepted by the Legal, IP & Internal Audit Division of the Company in order to take appropriate action.
  • Reports can be submitted at any time, but will be received by our staff on our business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays.
  • This contact is operated through the “DQ Helpline,” a system provided by D-Quest, Inc.
    In the case of a report from outside of Japan, it will take 5 to 8 business days for our representatives to receive the report due to legal procedures related to cross-border information.
    Please note that a similar number of days will be required for the legal procedures of our reply.
